4 cups Alpen® original cereal
1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cups sugar
6 golden apple
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 raw sugar
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon wheat flour

Place the cereal in a food processor or blender until you obtain a semi-fine powder. You can also put it in a plastic bag and crush it with a glass.
Pour the cereal into a bowl and add the melted butter on top.
Place the cereal in a butter-greased baking dish. Press down well; you will decide the thickness of the pie crust.
Peel and slice the apples thinly. Add the butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Simmer on low heat until the apples become soft.
Place on top of the cereal crust. You can cover it with puff pastry or sprinkle crushed cereal on top.
Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream.
