Cheese and Apple Pie

This dessert is a fruity and creamy mixture, very light due to the apple and at the same time super creamy because of the cheese pie, and it's very easy to make. The combination of flavors is the vital part of this delicious dessert.

  • 380 grams cream cheese
  • 5 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 120 grams butter
  • 200 grams cookies, of vanilla or cinnamon
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

  • Crush the cookies in the blender along with the nuts, mix, and form a dough with the melted butter.
  • Line a pie mold with the cookie and nut dough.
  • Peel and slice the apple into small pieces, spread them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and dehydrate for 30 minutes.
  • Add the dehydrated and sugared apple slices to the mold with the crust.
  • Blend the cheeses, condensed milk, 3 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch, and vanilla in a blender and pour it into the mold with the apples.
  • Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes.
