  • 1 cup flour
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 70 grams butter
  • 20 grams baking powder
  • 400 milliliters condensed milk
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons lime juice

  • Make a well with the flour and place the egg, sugar, softened butter, and baking powder in the center, integrating all the ingredients. Knead until a smooth and manageable dough forms and let it rest for a while. Once rested, line a pie mold of 26 to 28 cm and prick the base so it doesn't puff up when baked.
  • In a blender, combine the condensed milk, eggs, cream, cheese, vanilla, and lemon, blending everything for about 5 minutes or more, then pour the mixture into the lined mold, and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until you can insert a knife and it comes out clean.
