Combine the chocolate cookies with the melted butter until a paste forms. Cover the bottom and sides of a mold.
Blend the cream cheese, condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Set aside. Boil ¼ cup of water, add the cocoa, and mix until a paste forms. Set aside.
Divide the cheese mixture into two. Add cocoa to one half and stir until incorporated. Pour a layer of vanilla mixture and a layer of chocolate over the cookie base, alternating until both mixtures are finished.
Insert a knife into the mixture and swirl to create the marbled effect.
Bake at 170 ºC for one hour, let cool, and refrigerate for 8 hours.
