If you love OREO cookies, you will adore this super easy and delicious dessert. It’s a mix of the traditional cheesecake but with a delightful touch of Oreos.
Cream the cream cheese with a mixer on medium-high speed. Add the sugar and continue beating until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour in the cream, milk, vanilla, and salt, and beat until you get a smooth and frothy mixture.
Line a baking dish with half of the cookies and crush the remaining ones by hand, then fold them into the cream. Do not use the mixer anymore as it will grind the cookies and you won’t appreciate the pieces.
Pour the cream into the lined baking dish and refrigerate for 4 hours. Then lower it to the fridge for another hour.
