  • Preheat the oven to 185°C. In a blender, add the three cans of milk (evaporated, condensed, and cream). Also, add the coffee and ground cinnamon to taste, as well as three pinches of cocoa, being careful not to pour more than that amount, as it will alter the flavor. Now blend everything until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Now, in a baking dish, spread a bit of the mixture so that with the help of a spatula you cover the entire base of your dish, it doesn’t matter if it is round or rectangular. Now, with the María cookies, try to make a layer covering the entire base of your dish, and add a few raisins and walnuts throughout. Again, add the mixture, then the cookies, and then the raisins and walnuts, continuing this way until you fill the entire dish. Note that the last layer should be the mixture, and you can put walnuts and raisins on top to finish.
  • Finally, bake for approximately 45 minutes at 185 degrees Celsius. Insert a clean, dry knife, and if it doesn’t come out clean, leave it for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, then let it cool for 10 minutes, unmold, and place it in the refrigerator until it is cold. Decorate with cinnamon, sugar, and cocoa to taste.
