The butter is melted, the cookies are crushed and mixed with the butter, a paste is formed and this is used to line a pie mold, bottom and sides, once ready it is placed in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
The gelatin is hydrated in the syrup and dissolved in the microwave for 25 seconds, set aside, in the blender place the cream cheese, condensed milk, half cream, 6 slices of mango and blend everything very well. Finally, add the gelatin dissolved in the syrup and blend for 2 more minutes and it's ready.
The previous mixture is poured into the pie shell and refrigerated for about 30 minutes to set completely.
The remaining 2 slices of mango are cut into strips and when the pie is firm, it is decorated to taste.
Let cool and serve.
