Cold Mango Pie

Try this cold mango pie, the perfect recipe for any occasion, it's very easy and you can make it in 30 minutes.

  • 8 slices mango
  • 1/2 cups canned mangoes
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 30 María cookies
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can table cream
  • 1 stick Philadelphia® cream cheese

  • The butter is melted, the cookies are crushed and mixed with the butter, a paste is formed and this is used to line a pie mold, bottom and sides, once ready it is placed in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  • The gelatin is hydrated in the syrup and dissolved in the microwave for 25 seconds, set aside, in the blender place the cream cheese, condensed milk, half cream, 6 slices of mango and blend everything very well. Finally, add the gelatin dissolved in the syrup and blend for 2 more minutes and it's ready.
  • The previous mixture is poured into the pie shell and refrigerated for about 30 minutes to set completely.
  • The remaining 2 slices of mango are cut into strips and when the pie is firm, it is decorated to taste.
  • Let cool and serve.
