250 grams kiwi, peeled, sliced, and then cut in half

For the crust, mix all the ingredients and knead until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. Refrigerate for a bit (approximately 15 minutes) and then, using a rolling pin, cover a pie mold with this dough.
For the filling, mix all the ingredients except for the fruits and beat well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream. Pour this mixture into the raw pie crust and bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 150˚C.
Let it cool and decorate with strawberries and kiwi.
