Ingredients: 350 grams butter; 1 pinch salt; 375 grams sugar; vanilla essence, to taste; 500 grams flour; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 125 grams strawberries, cut in half; 1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped; 3 eggs; 1 cup sour cream; 250 grams kiwi, peeled, sliced, and then cut in half

For the crust, mix all the ingredients and knead until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. Refrigerate for a bit (approximately 15 minutes) and then, using a rolling pin, cover a pie mold with this dough. For the filling, mix all the ingredients except for the fruits and beat well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream. Pour this mixture into the raw pie crust and bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 150˚C.
