Medium
  • Oven Preheated to 180 °C
  • Place the grapes in a saucepan with the lemon juice and sugar. Heat and when the mixture begins to boil, let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes (most of the liquid released by the grapes should evaporate). Remove from heat and let cool.
  • For the dough, form a volcano with the flour, salt, and sugar; add the margarine and start working it in, finally add the cold water and knead until integrated.
  • Divide the dough into two balls, one slightly larger that we will use for the bottom part of the pie. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and place it very carefully in the mold so that it doesn't break. Cover the edges, add the grapes, and place the pie lid on top.
  • Join the pie lid with the edges of the base either by rolling both layers more or by pressing them against the edge of the mold with a fork. Make 3 or 4 holes in the lid dough by poking with a fork to allow the steam from the grapes to escape when the pie is in the oven.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
