Lemon Ice Cream Pie

  • 1 cup lime juice, natural
  • 2 packages cookies, Maria or vanilla type
  • 1 stick butter, 90 grams
  • 1/2 liters sour cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 package cream cheese

  • Crush the cookies in the blender, and once crushed, place them in a pie dish. Add the butter and mix until fully combined.
  • When a dough has formed with the butter and cookies, cover the bottom and sides of the mold.
  • Add the lemon juice, condensed milk, cream, and 1/3 of a block of cream cheese to the blender. Blend until you achieve the desired consistency; if it is too runny, you can add the rest of the cream cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie mold.
  • Freeze for at least one hour.
