Crush the cookies in the blender, and once crushed, place them in a pie dish. Add the butter and mix until fully combined. When a dough has formed with the butter and cookies, cover the bottom and sides of the mold. Add the lemon juice, condensed milk, cream, and 1/3 of a block of cream cheese to the blender. Blend until you achieve the desired consistency; if it is too runny, you can add the rest of the cream cheese. Pour the mixture into the pie mold. Freeze for at least one hour.
