190 grams cream cheese
340 grams María cookies
6 mangoes
14 grams natural unflavored gelatin
1 can condensed milk
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cups water

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
For the base: Blend the Maria cookies in the blender until you have 1 ½ cups.
Melt the butter.
Combine the crushed cookie with the sugar and butter in a bowl. Pour into the pie mold and press down firmly to compress.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cookie is golden. Let cool.
To prepare the filling: Sprinkle the natural gelatin over a cup of water, let it sit for 5 minutes until it thickens.
Heat the cup with the already hydrated gelatin in a pot with water, stirring until dissolved.
Cut the four ripest mangoes, scoop out the pulp with a spoon, and blend in a blender.
Add the cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, yogurt, the hydrated gelatin, and blend until you have a very smooth mixture.
Pour the mango mixture over the cookie base and refrigerate until set.
Unmold, cut the other 2 mangoes into slices, and decorate the pie.
