Blend the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and lemon until it becomes a cream.
Hydrate the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water, dissolving it in a double boiler to avoid lumps.
Once the gelatin is hydrated, incorporate it into the pie mixture.
Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts in different containers and color them in varying shades of green from lightest to darkest.
Grease the mold with coconut oil or butter.
In one container, place a base of Maria cookies and add the green mixture with the lightest shade, continuing to layer cookies and the mixture until reaching the top of the container.
Refrigerate for 3 hours and unmold.
