Supreme Lemon Pie

The classic lemon pie recipe, executed in such a way that it looks presentable and is ideal for a special celebration. Everyone is surprised, and it is extremely easy to carry out.

  • 510 grams María cookies
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 12 limes
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • green food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon butter, or coconut oil
  • fruit, seasonal fruits for decoration

  • Squeeze the lemons and strain the juice.
  • Blend the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and lemon until it becomes a cream.
  • Hydrate the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water, dissolving it in a double boiler to avoid lumps. Once the gelatin is hydrated, incorporate it into the pie mixture.
  • Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts in different containers and color them in varying shades of green from lightest to darkest.
  • Grease the mold with coconut oil or butter.
  • In one container, place a base of Maria cookies and add the green mixture with the lightest shade, continuing to layer cookies and the mixture until reaching the top of the container.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours and unmold.
