  • 1/4 cups butter, for the base
  • 2 cups marshmallow, white, for the base
  • 1/2 cups chocolate, melted, for the base
  • 4 cups puffed rice, chocolate, for the base
  • 2 cups marshmallow, pink, for the filling
  • 3 cups cream cheese, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon food coloring, pink, for the filling
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows, colored
  • 1 cup whipped cream, for decoration
  • sprinkles, colored, for decoration
  • cherries, in syrup, for decoration

  • For the base, in a bowl, place the butter with the marshmallows and melt for 30 seconds in the microwave. Remove when the mixture is liquid. Add the chocolate, the cereal, and mix until incorporated.
  • In a tart mold with cling film, place the mixture and using a spoon, flatten it to form the base. Refrigerate and set aside.
  • Place the marshmallows in the blender, melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Add the cream cheese and pink food coloring, blend until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. Pour into the mold with the base and spread well with a spatula. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Remove the pie from refrigeration and decorate with colored marshmallows, whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherries.
