For the base, in a bowl, place the butter with the marshmallows and melt for 30 seconds in the microwave. Remove when the mixture is liquid. Add the chocolate, the cereal, and mix until incorporated. In a tart mold with cling film, place the mixture and using a spoon, flatten it to form the base. Refrigerate and set aside.
