These little pies are perfect to accompany your coffee in the mornings; they are a dessert that you can easily transport, ideal for lunch and to satisfy your cravings. They are filled with cherry and have a crunchy dough that creates unmatched texture contrasts.
For the dough, in a bowl place flour, salt, sugar and add the butter, knead until well combined.
Add the water and continue kneading until you have a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the filling, in a bowl add the cherry filling, blueberries, and orange zest.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough and with the help of a round cutter, cut out discs, add the previous filling being careful not to reach the edges.
Brush the edges of the disc with egg and cover with another disc. Using a fork, press the edges to seal, brush the mini pies and bake for 12 minutes.
