Creamy Walnut Pie

  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups walnuts, ground
  • 12 walnuts, for decoration and chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 210ºC.
  • For the base, roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin on a lightly floured table, cover with a previously greased and floured pie mold. Set aside.
  • Mix the condensed milk with the walnuts.
  • Pour into a mold lined with pastry and decorate with chopped walnuts. Bake for 40 minutes.
