Ricotta Pie

This is a delicious combination of flavors that is perfect for a good dessert at your gatherings, great to accompany with a cup of coffee or a hot drink of your choice.

  • For the pie crust: Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Crush the cookies and add the crumbs to a mold.
  • Melt half of the butter and add it to the cookie crumbs, mixing well. Apply some pressure to form the base.
  • For the filling: Blend the ricotta cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, egg, and remaining butter.
  • Pour the filling over the pie crust.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Let it cool and serve.
