180 grams butter
250 grams requesón
1 can condensed milk
2 tablespoons vanilla essence

For the pie crust: Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Crush the cookies and add the crumbs to a mold.
Melt half of the butter and add it to the cookie crumbs, mixing well. Apply some pressure to form the base.
For the filling: Blend the ricotta cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, egg, and remaining butter.
Pour the filling over the pie crust.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Let it cool and serve.
