Pineapple Cheesecake

Delicious pineapple pie with a touch of rum and nut in the crust. The best part is that it is very easy to prepare.

  • 1 can canned pineapple
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon rum
  • 1 egg
  • 30 cookies, coconut bar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 200 grams walnuts, chopped grotesquely

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Chop the nuts and bake them. Crush the cookies with a rolling pin, do not make them too fine. Mix the baked nuts and melted butter. Make the dough to place it in the pie mold.
  • Blend the condensed milk, egg, rum, cream cheese, and the can of pineapple without the syrup, then pour the mixture into the mold.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, let it cool.
