Ingredients

  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Rum
  • 1 egg
  • 30 cookies, coconut bar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 200 grams walnut, grotesquely chopped
  • whipped creams

Preparation

Preheat the oven 180 degrees centigrade.
