Pineapple-Coconut Rice Pudding

If you want to try rice pudding but in a different way, this recipe is for you.

  • 1 liter Alpura® Frutal pineapple coconut
  • 450 grams whole cream, Alpura
  • 300 grams yogurt, Alpura Pineapple-Coconut Smoothie
  • 1/2 kilos rice
  • 1/4 kilos sugar
  • 1 liter water, natural
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • cinnamon powder, to taste

  • Simmer ½ liter of water with the rice, sugar, and a cinnamon stick until the water is almost completely reduced.
  • Add the liter of Pineapple-Coconut juice and keep over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Once boiling, add the Alpura cream, mixing well, and wait until cooking is complete.
