2 packages cream cheese, at room temperature, for the frosting
1 1/2 cups icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a mixer, add the butter, vegetable oil, and sugar and beat until combined. Add the San Juan® eggs one at a time, the vanilla extract, and beat for 2 more minutes.
Add the sifted ingredients until fully combined.
Pour into cupcake liners and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. Let cool.
For the frosting, in a bowl cream the cheese with the powdered sugar and almond extract, add the pink food coloring.
Pour the frosting into a piping bag with a star tip.
Place a pot with a foam ball and insert toothpicks into the cupcakes, then insert into the foam ball and start decorating with the frosting to resemble flowers.
