Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of San Juan® egg
  • 1 1/3 cups of wheat flours
  • 3/4 of Cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter room temperature
  • 1/3 of Cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 1/3 cups of refined sugars
  • 1 Cup of whole milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 2 packages of cream cheese at room temperature, for bitumen
  • 1 1/2 cups of powder sugar
  • to taste of almond essence
  • enough of Vegetable food coloring pink

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Pass through a colander the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Reservation.
    In a blender add butter, vegetable oil, sugar and whisk until integrated. Add the San Juan® eggs one by one, the vanilla essence and beat for 2 more minutes.

    Pour the bitumen into a sleeve with curly duya.
    Place a pot with a ball of unicel and place chopsticks to the cupcakes, insert the ball of unicel and start decorating with the bitumen simulating flowers.
