Pink Mousse

  • 1/2 kilos strawberries
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 8 tablespoons water, cool
  • 2 egg whites

  • Wash the strawberries well, remove the rolls and leaves, place them next to the sugar in the blender. Blend until there is a homogeneous preparation.
  • In a small pot dissolve the gelatin with the tablespoons of cold water. Bring to a boil for a minute until it boils, stirring constantly. Be careful not to burn.
  • Return the gelatin in the preparation of the blender and put to liquefy again for a few seconds until well integrated.
  • Carefully separate the egg whites, put them in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of sugar, beat a little until they take shape.
  • In another container put the cream and beat it with two tablespoons of sugar until a thick cream but not hard.
  • Finally, in a bowl put the preparation of the blender cream and egg whites. Mix gently so that the ingredients are integrated and taken to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
