You will find it very entertaining to do and it is ideal to enter the art of confectionery, this strawberry mousse recipe is ideal to share it with those you love the most.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos strawberry
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 on unflavored gelatin
  • 8 tablespoons Water, cool
  • 2 egg whites

Preparation

Wash the strawberries well, remove the rolls and leaves, place them next to the sugar in the blender. Blend until there is a homogeneous preparation.
In a small pot dissolve the gelatin with the tablespoons of cold water. Bring to a boil for a minute until it boils, stirring constantly. Be careful not to burn.
Return the gelatin in the preparation of the blender and put to liquefy again for a few seconds until well integrated.
Carefully separate the egg whites, put them in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of sugar, beat a little until they take shape.
In another container put the cream and beat it with two tablespoons of sugar until a thick cream but not hard.
Finally, in a bowl put the preparation of the blender cream and egg whites. Mix gently so that the ingredients are integrated and taken to the refrigerator for 2 hours.

PRESENTATION

A good idea would be to serve the mousse in dessert glasses decorated with more strawberries or with mint leaves.
