Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

A delicious dessert to finish off a meal or as an afternoon snack. The combination of Yoplait Greek Yogurt, banana, and chocolate makes these muffins a treat to share.

  • 1 3/4 cups flour, all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 bananas, mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cups Yoplait® Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a pyrex or large mold.
  • In a bowl, mix the previously mashed banana, the egg, the Yoplait Greek Yogurt, the vanilla extract, and the brown sugar.
  • Gradually pour in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt into the mixture.
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix.
  • Fill the mold ¾ full with the mixture and bake for 45 minutes or until a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cool, cut, and serve.
