Blender Walnut Cake

Prepare this delicious walnut cake recipe. It results in a very fluffy, soft, and moist cake. It's super quick to make and you only need a blender.

  • 90 grams Gloria® butter unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup walnuts

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C. Mix the sifted flour and baking powder with the salt.
  • Place the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla essence, eggs, butter, and dry ingredients in the blender.
  • Grease and flour a loaf pan and pour the mixture into the pan. Dust the walnuts with flour and then add them to the pan with the rest of the mixture.
  • Bake at 150°C for 1 hour. Check the preparation after about 40 minutes.
