1/2 cups cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups hazelnut chocolate cream
5 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup cow's milk
1 cup icing sugar, for the frosting
2 tablespoons hazelnut chocolate cream, for the frosting
1/4 cups cow's milk, for the frosting
hazelnuts, chopped for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients and sift them using a strainer. Set aside.
Cream the butter with the hazelnut cream in the mixer, add the eggs one by one, the vanilla extract, the milk, alternating with the dry ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan, bake for 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cool.
In a bowl mix the ingredients for the hazelnut cream frosting, drizzle the cake with the frosting and decorate with chopped hazelnuts. Let it dry.
Serve and accompany with cold milk.
