1 cup canola oil
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup carrot, grated
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cups brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the eggs until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Pour in the oil while continuing to beat slowly.
Once the eggs and oil are mixed, pour in the cup of flour and continue beating.
In the same way, add the sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
Finally, after the last ingredients have dissolved, add the grated carrot and then the chopped walnuts.
Stir gently with a spatula until all the ingredients are completely incorporated.
In a previously greased mold, whether round, ring-shaped, or any shape you like, pour in the mixture.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted and removed comes out clean.
