In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients (the oil, eggs, and vanilla).
Incorporate the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture until you achieve a smooth batter, then pour the mixture into the previously greased and floured baking mold.
Bake for 1 hour, until the cake has risen and is completely golden.
Decorate the cake to your liking: with powdered sugar, pineapple jam, shredded coconut, or as you wish.
