  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool.
  • In a bowl, place the condensed milk and add the eggs one by one, making sure they are well integrated before adding the other eggs.
  • Add the butter and beat again.
  • Then add the flour, mixed with the baking powder, and beat well until there are no lumps.
  • Finally, add the zest of one lemon.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • When you take the cake out of the oven, let it rest in the mold for about 8 minutes. After that time, remove it from the mold and let it cool on a rack.
