Corn Cake

  • 3 ears corn, cleaned and shelled
  • 1/2 liters condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200 grams butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200°c for
  • Beat all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased baking pan with butter and, if desired, with flour.
  • Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 200°c.
