100 grams butter
250 grams cottage cheese
100 grams raw sugar
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
20 milliliters cow's milk, (if necessary)
50 grams walnuts, chopped

Beat the butter until it changes color and incorporate the cottage cheese, let the mixture become fluffy.
Add the sugar gradually, the eggs one by one, and the sifted flour with the baking powder and baking soda. If the dough is too thick, add the milk.
Pour into the mold, add the chopped walnuts.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180° C, or until a toothpick comes out dry.
