Treat mom with this cream bread filled with chocolate and nuts, which is prepared in the Cuisinart® Air Fryer, as it gives the right toasting and baking to all your recipes.

For the dough: add the flour, salt, cream, eggs, sugar, milk, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Knead using the hook attachment on low speed for 5 minutes. Increase the speed of the mixer and beat for 10 more minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a previously greased bowl, then cover with plastic wrap and let ferment for 1 hour or until it doubles in volume.
Place a bowl over a pot of water and melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat, add the butter and nuts. Let cool and set aside.
Preheat the Cuisinart® 0.6 cubic feet Air Fryer to 180 °C.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to form a rectangle of 30 cm x 40 cm, about 2 cm thick, then add the chocolate and spread it with a spatula, leaving a 2 cm margin.
Form a roll using your hands and cut the roll in half, leaving a 3 cm connection. Once you've cut it in half, braid both parts.
Place the braid in a previously floured and greased loaf pan. Let it ferment for another 20 minutes and bake in the Cuisinart® 0.6 cubic feet Air Fryer for 25 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
Slice the cream bread with chocolate and serve on a board, accompanied by a latte.
