Delicious Banana Loaf

If you're getting in shape but craving something sweet, this flourless banana loaf is for you. We suggest using ripe bananas for a more intense flavor.

  • 1/2 sticks margarine Iberia®, at room temperature
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cups Maizena® cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cups oats, natural, in flakes
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Beat the Margarina Iberia® until it has a smooth consistency; add the mashed banana with the sugar and integrate.
  • Add the eggs, Maizena® Cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, oats, and vanilla.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until perfectly integrated.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased loaf pan and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let it cool slightly, unmold, and serve.
