1/2 sticks margarine Iberia®, at room temperature
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cups Maizena® cornstarch
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cups oats, natural, in flakes
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Beat the Margarina Iberia® until it has a smooth consistency; add the mashed banana with the sugar and integrate.
Add the eggs, Maizena® Cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, oats, and vanilla.
Whisk all the ingredients together until perfectly integrated.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased loaf pan and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly, unmold, and serve.
