Easy Orange Cake

  • For the cake: Beat the butter and sugar until creamy and until the mixture becomes lighter. Then, add the eggs one by one until they are perfectly incorporated.
  • Add the baking powder and salt. Incorporate the flour alternating with Leche Santa Clara® and the zest. Once all the ingredients are perfectly combined, pour the mixture into a loaf pan, place the walnuts on top, and bake at 170 °C for 45 minutes. Let the cake rest.
  • Decorate the orange cake with powdered sugar and walnuts, serve with a glass of Leche Santa Clara® and enjoy!
