For the cake: Beat the butter and sugar until creamy and until the mixture becomes lighter. Then, add the eggs one by one until they are perfectly incorporated. Add the baking powder and salt. Incorporate the flour alternating with Leche Santa Clara® and the zest. Once all the ingredients are perfectly combined, pour the mixture into a loaf pan, place the walnuts on top, and bake at 170 °C for 45 minutes. Let the cake rest.
