Apple and Walnut Cake

Delicious apple cake, ideal for sharing during this holiday season and any special occasion. It's not a very sweet dessert, so it can be paired with a cup of coffee or vanilla ice cream.

1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 apples
walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Low
Preheat the oven to 250°C. Wash the apples. Core and peel them. Then, we will chop them into small cubes.
Beat the sugar with the oil, adding the eggs one by one. Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda).
Once we have a batter, we add the cinnamon, apples, and walnuts and mix until all ingredients are combined.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
Once the cake is cool, we unmold it and serve. We can decorate it with powdered sugar or serve it plain.
