Apple and Walnut Cake

Delicious apple cake, ideal for sharing during this holiday season and any special occasion. It's not a very sweet dessert, so it can be paired with a cup of coffee or vanilla ice cream.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 apples
  • walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Preheat the oven to 250°C. Wash the apples. Core and peel them. Then, we will chop them into small cubes.
  • Beat the sugar with the oil, adding the eggs one by one. Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda).
  • Once we have a batter, we add the cinnamon, apples, and walnuts and mix until all ingredients are combined.
  • Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
  • Once the cake is cool, we unmold it and serve. We can decorate it with powdered sugar or serve it plain.
