In a bowl, beat the mashed bananas, oil, eggs, vanilla, and sugar.
In another bowl, beat the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon.
Combine the two mixtures in one bowl.
Add nuts and raisins if desired.
Butter and flour the chosen baking mold and add the mixture.
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. When the cooking time is up, insert a toothpick to check if it is fully cooked. If it comes out clean, it means it is done; if it comes out stained with the mixture, leave it in the oven for longer.
Let them cool.
