Blueberry Bread

There is no dessert more delicious than blueberry bread, and especially, there is no tastier recipe than the one I am sharing with you here. It is a perfect bread to enjoy with a nice cup of tea.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 gram all-purpose wheat flour
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons Gloria® butter unsalted butter
  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1/2 cups walnuts

  • Grease a mold and flour it. Preheat an oven to 175 °C.
  • Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar, milk, and softened butter.
  • Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour the dry ingredients into the previous mixture and, using a spatula, mix the batter well.
  • Add the blueberries and walnuts, folding gently.
  • Pour the batter into the mold. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
