Blueberry Bread

There is no dessert more delicious than blueberry bread, and especially, there is no tastier recipe than the one I am sharing with you here. It is a perfect bread to enjoy with a nice cup of tea.

1 gram all-purpose wheat flour
1 cup cow's milk
3 tablespoons Gloria® butter unsalted butter
3 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup blueberry
1/2 cups walnuts

Grease a mold and flour it. Preheat an oven to 175 °C.
Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar, milk, and softened butter.
Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour the dry ingredients into the previous mixture and, using a spatula, mix the batter well.
Add the blueberries and walnuts, folding gently.
Pour the batter into the mold. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
