Fluffy Orange Bundt Cake

This orange cake is fluffy and moist. It has an intense flavor and is very easy to make.

  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cream the butter and add the sugar. Beat until you have a fluffy mixture.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, orange zest, and orange juice. Beat to combine all the ingredients until you have a thick, lump-free batter.
  • Grease and flour a bundt cake pan and level it off with the help of a spatula. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Mix a bit of orange juice with powdered sugar and glaze the cake until the entire top is covered.
