2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
3 eggs
2 bananas
3/4 cups unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 zucchini

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and flour a cake pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Place the egg, bananas, butter, and vanilla in the blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the banana puree to the bowl with the flour. Add the grated zucchini. Using a spatula, gently mix everything until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the cake pan.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
