In a fireproof pot or bowl, heat the honey and sugar on the stove until they form a kind of caramel. Both ingredients must be well melted and combined. Turn off and let cool a bit.
Sift the baking powder along with the flour and salt in a separate bowl.
Beat the eggs with the milk using a whisk in another bowl.
Alternately incorporate flour and the egg mixture into the honey and sugar mixture until a uniform dough forms.
Add the spices and stir again until they are perfectly combined.
Grease a large cake mold (preferably silicone). A Teflon one works too. Lining it with parchment paper and greasing it also works.
Fill the mold about 3/4 full or less, as the batter will rise, and place it in the oven for approximately 1 hour.
