  • 150 grams ear corn, yellow, frozen
  • 100 grams flour
  • 5 grams baking powder
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 100 milliliters cow's milk
  • 90 grams butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 15 grams Jacobs® coffee

  • Beat the butter with the whole eggs, one by one, without stopping the beating.
  • Slice the corn and blend it with the can of condensed milk, whole milk, and CAFÉ JACOBS, incorporating it into the previous mixture while continuing to beat.
  • Add flour and baking powder.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 150ºC for 40 to 60 minutes, cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with CAFÉ JACOBS
