  • 2 mango peels
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • mango, in slices, for decoration
