Marble cake with pumpkin

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 tablespoons Hershey's Natural Cocoa
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin purée
  • 2 Hershey's Dark Chocolate Pastry Bar, melted
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, milk, and butter with a whisk. Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions: add the pumpkin puree to one and mix until combined, while you should add Hershey’s Natural Cocoa to the other portion and mix until integrated.
  • Place some of the pumpkin mixture into a silicone bundt pan and then add some of the cocoa mixture. Repeat the process until the mold is full.
  • Cook the marble cake in the microwave for 2:40 minutes, in intervals of 40 seconds. Let it cool and unmold. Set aside.
  • Place the cake on a rack. Cover with the Hershey's® dark chocolate baking bar and decorate with the chopped walnuts.
  • Cut a slice of the pumpkin cake and serve with a cup of coffee.
