For this holiday season, prepare this delicious marble loaf with Oikos® Yogurt that is covered with a delicious Vanilla Danette® Custard and decorated with red chocolate. Perfect for the occasion!
190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature, for the frosting
1 Danette® Vanilla Custard, for the frosting
1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the frosting
1/2 cups chocolate, red color, melted for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease and flour a loaf pan.
With the help of an electric mixer, cream the butter with the sugar. Gradually add the eggs.
Mix the powders, except for the cocoa, and add to the mixture alternating with the Oikos® Natural Yogurt and the vanilla.
Divide the mixture in two and mix one with the cocoa. Pour the mixture into the pan and marble with the help of a knife. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked. Cool and unmold.
For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the Vanilla Danette® Custard and the vanilla. Set aside.
Cover the loaf with the frosting and decorate with the chocolate.
