1 cup flour, (125 grams)
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons green tea, powder
1/3 cups sugar
1/4 cups sunflower oil
1/4 cups apple purée
2 eggs, large
1/2 cups strawberry yogurt, low in fat
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with butter spray.
Sift the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder, 2 to 3 times. Set aside.
Beat the following ingredients: sugar, oil, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually incorporate the sifted dry ingredients into the previous mixture while continuing to beat, alternating with the yogurt.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 20 minutes before removing it from the pan.
