  • 1 cup flour, (125 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons sea ​​salt
  • 2 teaspoons green tea, powder
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups sunflower oil
  • 1/4 cups apple purée
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 1/2 cups strawberry yogurt, low in fat
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with butter spray.
  • Sift the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder, 2 to 3 times. Set aside.
  • Beat the following ingredients: sugar, oil, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually incorporate the sifted dry ingredients into the previous mixture while continuing to beat, alternating with the yogurt.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let it cool in the pan for 20 minutes before removing it from the pan.
