  • 300 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 300 grams Gloria® butter unsalted butter
  • 330 grams egg
  • 270 grams sugar
  • 150 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 150 grams almonds, in powder
  • 150 grams poblano mole sauce

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, once melted add the mole and flour.
  • Cream the unsalted Gloria® butter with the sugar and add the eggs one at a time, while continuing to beat, add the chocolate mixture, almond powder, and egg yolks.
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • Grease and flour the mold or line it with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
  • Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
